Great game. His passing is improving game by game, he's not an old dog so new tricks are not beyond his capabilities. He's definitely improving to suit this philosophy. Might I add he's only been booked three times this season.

    Motm for me like!

I have criticised him but was tremendous today.

Maybe Bridcutt coming in has him playing for his place.

That the one mate. Quality player on his day, he's worth alot more than a 5m transfer to Stoke!!

Got to say I thought he was excellent today. He looks to be getting better and better, it was a good move not selling him. His range of passing was great today too. A very very under rated player. If it was not for his reputation England might start taking a look as he is exactly what the current England team does not have.

I actually didn't know who you were till now but <applause> for the comment.

I thought he was MOTM today. He tackled and passed superbly well. Gus has a headache.

If he plays like that he can't be dropped in my opinion. We may need 2 DMs against Arsenal and Bridcutt can't play in the cup final so he definitely starts.

That challenge by Rodriguez on him was disgusting like. Had it been Cattermole making that challenge sa1nts would've been begging for red and saying how dirty he is. He didn't bite ant any of the snide little challenges on him today. There were a few trying to wind him up and he looks like he's maturing and turning into a very good player (which I have always said about him as you and other know)

Cheers baz. I hope so too. I've always said he was that good and knew he had it in him even when others couldn't see it. Reckon I'll be proved right :)

    Catts was absolutely superb today.
Still on edge tho cos you never ever know when he is going to just lose it and attempt to hack an opposing player down resulting in the inevitable sending off.
