"The Irishman has picked up an ankle injury which is expected to keep him on the sidelines for 3-4 weeks #UTT" ****
All this talk about not selling him, it's the ****s that keep injuring him we should be rioting against.
Everyone remember that injury that ended his season last season, only for him to come back and not only play in, but score in, our final game?
So McShane is injured for most of the transfer window, during which time we're playing Chelsea and Norwich, and having a cup game, letting him return for the Palace game. Bit of a coincidence he's going to miss a game we'll probably lose regardless, a game we should be able to win regardless, and a meaningless game before returning to face his old club. It's obviously just to stop the big clubs coming in and signing him.
Groundhog Day. But now it is 6 months sadly for the poor lad and the team. Get well soon Macca. At least we have the Big man fresh and ready. Your time to shine Mr Faye.
Operation on Monday and out for the rest of the season apparently according to Sky - never thought I'd say this but we'll really miss him.
Chester might be back soon though. No word on Rosey. Oh and Long & his missus had their 2nd child last night/ today.
I expected it to be longer. Makes us a little thinner when it comes to defenders mind. Speaking of defenders, I'd like to see Townsend given a chance next Season. Loan Dudgeon out, and use Townsend as back up in LWB and to use in our Cup squads.
