    I like the comments saying players deliberately rake studs on Fonte's shin.

    It can easily happen going into a tackle, attacking the ball, etc.

    There is such a thing as 'accidental'.

    That one was completely right, though it did miss out the fact that we English are equally bad.

    It happens, I've done similar without knowing til I've seen it. A bloke I used to know, he was a doorman, got stabbed one night when chucking someone out. He didn't even know, finished off the other couple hours of his shift and only found out when he took his coat off getting in the car and his shirt was covered in blood. Said as soon as he saw it it ****ing killed.

    Twat was more bothered about his coat having a hole in it <laugh>
