How on earth can Toure get away without punishment for his stamp this week-end when you see what's happened to Andy Carroll & Loic Remy. Bellamy has now been charged too so is it a case of one rule for the big boys and another for the rest ?
To be fair, we aren't the ones to ask about level playing fields... Whoever was holding the levelling gauge when they built the St James pitch must have been on the world's biggest bender the night before!!!
I see Bellamy has been charged http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26116370 Cardiff forward Craig Bellamy could be banned for three games after apparently striking Swansea's Jonathan de Guzman in Saturday's south Wales derby. The Football Association has decided to charge him with violent conduct over the incident, which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video.
Total inconsistencies with the F.A. ( and referee's ) Toure should have been charged and then let him argue his corner.
Like it matters. The FA isn't fit for purpose, what's anyone gonna do about it? Sepp Blatter's a corrupt, incapable ar$ehole. But it's the corruption and the backslapping that keeps him where he is - the common man, and that includes footballers and managers for all their wealth, has not the remotest clue of how to break into those circles.
Seems to depend on the reaction of the other player. Did van Wolfswinkel go down and make the incident 10 times worse?
Had to laugh at Ole Gunnar Solskjaer today saying he felt Bellamy's ban was unfair due to the fact there was no violence. Is he blind or what? Bellamy came up from behind, swung his elbow up to hit his opponent in the face then ran away. Unfortunately, you can't hide from Sky camera's and he got what he deserved. If I was OGS I would be hammering Bellamy for being so stupid and missing 3 important games.
