That is a purely stats based calculation, you can't argue with the numbers. You can say that getting 3 Bonus Points do not equate to being MotM, but you can't argue with him getting 3 BP by that system.
Why are people talking about fantasy points as if they have any serious connection to how well someone has actually played? Fantasy is just a bit of a fun diversion and a chance to mess about with numbers - these 'teams of the week' based on fantasy points are not meant to be taken as gospel. (The fact that Garth Crooks's team of the week makes just as little sense is beside the point...)
