2 goals against Man U and 2 assists today, the BBC say "Stoke City are reaping the rewards of Charlie Adam due to his strict training regime"

Plus Odemwingie looks to be a key player for us and a good signing. Wouldn't be surprised if Guidetti requests to go back as he is barely getting any game time and he is becoming annoyed about it.

    Your thoughts on these points?

It's good to see Adam performing as he has recently. He seems to be showing the desire, long may it continue. If PO concentrates on his football it could prove a good signing. As for Giudetti I don't know what to think. Maybe he is not yet up to what MH expects but, yes, it does beg the question why we signed him on-loan when perhaps we could have taken Ince on loan instead.

I'm a bit bemused about Guidetti too. I wonder if he's not match fit yet, or, whether others are looking sharper in training?

Obviously it could also be that Mark Hughes just want to stamp his authority on him. He was out of order speaking out about his lack of game time after his first game!

Odemwingie was someone I wanted for years and after today the swap with Jones seems a very good one imo

Perhaps, with Guidetti not having a competitive game for 18 months, his fitness levels are not up to the required levels yet.
We have to trust that Hughes brought him in for a reason and that when the time is right, he will play.

Probably doesn't help Guidetti that we brought Odemwingie in at the time, really pleased with Adam though, he's got grit as well as skill.
