Let's see who Pardew brings in and how they do before we start talking about second season syndrome.

Jesus season hasnt started and it's all doom and gloom.

**** that for a laugh, Jonas is absolutely crucial to our team. We'd have to spend at least 12mil or so to replace him and Zogs would work best with him, not instead of him. Imagine them two switching sides!! I'd be gutted if Jonas went, more so than Nolan. He gets a lot of stick for not being able to pass long balls into the box but his short passing and movement/link-up play is first class. Top player, if he went to Arsenal he'd be unbelievable. Trust me, next season he, Cabaye, Tiote, Ben Arfa and hopefully Zogs will be superb. They all play fast, short passes and move around loads and that's why I'm not overly concerned about Nolan's departure. Good football awaits, I'm certain of that!

Agree with this entirely, Jonas doesn't match the style we had to play this last season that is obvious, once the ball is kept at his feet and he has likeminded players to work with he will shine.

It's really frustrating because he never has any support, it's ok for Barton to run into trouble because he can swing in a master cross before he gets anywhere near the box but Jonas runs out of options and is always having to hold the ball up, waiting for the donkey to arrive, but inevitably gets tackled and ends up on the floor!

Still think Jonas should be able to cross better for a professional footballer.

Plus his positional sense is frustrating...

I think that's one of his strongest points, he overlaps with our LB and defends like a champ when he has to. He covers more ground than anyone else too, really runs himself into the ground.

Can you refine turmoil to run a car and is it eco-friendly?

If so; I see Mikes long term business plan...

This is the kind of crap that pisses me off:

What happened to Andy Carroll’s £35m transfer fee?

While Newcastle fans vent their fury over the imminent departure of captain Kevin Nolan – who is on the brink of signing for relegated West Ham – a more worrying question is starting to be asked around the Toon: where, exactly, is all that Andy Carroll money?

    http://www.thefirstpost.co.uk/80428...-andy-carrolls-35m-transfer-fee#ixzz1PQs86IPC

They actually stopped to think there is still MONTHS left of the transfer window FFS <doh>
Give the club chance to spend it, what did they think we were going to do piss it all away in the first week? Then they'd call the club reckless!!!!!<doh>
    Hate the media

I would snap their hands of for £22m!!!!!!

M'Bengue and Barnetta in for £9m and £6m respectively leaving another £7m to go towards the pot we are building up to sign Messi ;-)
