    For me two three things stick out mate.

    1- He's a good tacticial
    2- He plays attractive football
    3- He's a big enough 'name' to attract players

    It wont happen ashley has everything kushy with pardew Hes even got the Fans unser control despite All and Hes making millions so Hes here for a lifetime.
