Really, any match from 1997-1998 under Houston would be worse surely ( maybe not the Crewe game but you get the drift)
See how far back you guys had to go? I think the fact that we have by far the most resources in the league makes this the worst of all to watch when you take into account expectations.
You must be a bit gutted if you missed that yesterday Flyer. Still done with watching games while Harry's in charge?
16,5K is a poor turnout for a top of the table game whatever spin you want to put on it. I can only think it's due to the negative football Arry has had us playing much of the season, until Saturday. But then at LR some of our games have been good to watch anyway, so the recent low attendances still surprises me.
derby was pretty good, Donny wasnt, it was just pure relief and I didn't see Huddersfield. I think a lot of it has to do with teams trying to play, then we have a good game. we look utterly clueless if they come with 10 men behind the ball but then stay clueless even if we go ahead and they open up and sleepwalking through games.
I agree with that part of your post Flyer but is the word 'clueless' really appropriate for a team with a home record of Played 15 Won 11 Drawn 3 lost 1
Saturday's game was in my son's opinion a real cracker but I was pleased I didn't make it as my new leg isn't working that well
you are talking about the results, im talking about the play where we unable to break a team down if they are playing defensively. clueless might be a bit strong but its pretty clear we do not look like a top side when teams come to defend. we create 2 or 3 chances all game and usually Austin scores one of them.
