Adel off to Milan which in itself is a strange one as he hardly set the world alight last 2 seasons,maybe he will shine over there and i genuinely hope he does.Two things he has to do is knuckle down and be the player we all know he can be,secondly eat some humble pie and drop the ego otherwise an extremely talented young player will end up on the scrap heap .In the last twenty years he has in ONE season been the most entertaining player in the hoops and some of the football he played was simply breath taking.Harry knows him inside out and dumped him at Spurs because his attitude was wrong. Don't take this as slagging him off because that couldn't be further from the truth,I sincerely hope this move to Milan re-ignites his career and hopefully comes back to us with his head high ready to graft. Not the type of player to rely on in a team that's struggling as proved at Fulham and us in the last two seasons,it's up to him to change that and only him.He frustrates and mesmerizes in equal measures but on his day is a pleasure to watch. He is still only 24 so plenty of time to change his outlook and a prime example is Joey Barton,he has changed his attitude and been our best player this season if he can do it so can Adel.
Kia Joorabchian deal. Surprised to hear he was Adel's agent. I'm sure this has been driven by his agent and will end up a money spinner for all involved (except us perhaps!).
Apparently if he impresses the deal will be 8 million Euro's which is half what he was supposedly worth 3 years ago,oh well such is life.
Good and balanced OP. I hope Adel can do it. Would love to see him play at his best (preferably for us though not very likely anymore at all).
