A long way to go. We need to push on. Back to back wins would be awesome.

Only one win from mid-table is one way to look at it.

When Gus took over we were in a pretty hapless position. We had both feet, bar one little toe, in the relegation quicksand and looked like a lost cause. Players were all over the shop, dressing room revolt and disruption and 7 defeats from the opening 8 games left us trailing the world. Bottom 3 at Christmas had everyone still writing us off.

However, we are not the pundits favourites for the drop now at all and a great run of form has seen us claw the deficit back and get us to a cup final in 4 weeks time. Incredible season and one that although by no means over (or safe) could turn out to be either legendary or totally gutting.

I love supporting Sunderland me like.

If we were to it would be beautiful. As it is it's better and will do me come the end of the season.

Had a £10 bet with a mate at Christmas that we would be out of the bottom 3 by the end of January. Then we lost to Villa and he wanted his tenner up front!

    Happy happy days!!!

100% ^ There are bad days to come for sure as our form will dip, I just hope not to much.
