Nice of them to leave us with barely 48 hours to find a replacement.

You really think Saints haven't got anyone lined up since the incident, or since Pochettino admitted we will be signing someone?

*Have been looking. Saints have targets in mind... we just need to wait and see who this person is.

To be fair, for it to be the night before the penultimate day of the window and for us to not have a clear whiff of it yet, is quite impressive.

Gianluca Di Marzio on Osvaldo: http://gianlucadimarzio.com/juventus/juventus-tutto-su-osvaldo-si-lavora-per-chiudere/

"Juventus is serious, Osvaldo in the viewfinder. Clear ideas, Juventus will try to close this evening for the Italian-Argentine striker of Southampton, regardless of the exit of Vucinic and / or Quagliarella. Negotiation ready to take off, the offer of Juventus is ready. Coming attractions. Juventus are working to close, Osvaldo may return to Italy."

Being reported that the loan fee for Osvaldo is €3m, with an option to buy for €15m in the summer. Equates to £14.8m.

This rumour grows stronger and stronger. I'm getting ready to be excited for Vucinic.

I might turn that down. Not saying it's a bad deal, but they might never take the option. Osvaldo could go there, stink it up and we'd be left with 3m plus whatever reduced rate we could flog him off at over the summer. If someone wants to pay 8-9m upfront, that might be a better offer.

You have to take that loan offer. Even if he's poor at Juve I still think we'd be able to get more than 5 or 6 million euros for him.

Nope. Juventus looking to move Vucinic on but no further indications he is part of the deal.

I'm willing to put money on him having nothing to do with the transfer. He'll stay in Italy i imagine, most likely with Inter.
