Have Cardiff City sold Catherine-Theophile back to a French club?. Heard it from others but not seen anything about it.

Im getting drips of the Corny thing, nothing on KTC(thought he was injured?)
Wouldn't be sorry if this was true, but have we someone else in line and is Tan willing to take a 4 million loss.

Surely there'll be some sort of wages to be sorted being as some mental bastard signed off 5 years @ £45k and Copenhagen wont pay that.

    I hope we keep KTC.

He was over all an expensive buy with nothing to show for it imo. Fair enough, he got injured early on and has only had 10 minutes here and there.. Do you think he has had enough of a chance?

Compare Ole to Malky spending and who looks right out of their depth.

Malky did make some good signings for sure but the shambles for the rest of them is beyond belief.

    Taken off the AAMB

    By latest news(?)

" Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is trying to clear out some of the City players he no longer feels he needs. It is believed that Joe Mason and Andreas Cornelius are set to be sold.

Cornelius for £3million back to Copenhagen and at the same time, City are prepared to pay him off 70% of his contract. Copenhagen meanwhile are set to double Cornelius's wages that he was on before he joined City.

As to Joe Mason City are prepared to let if him go if the right offer comes in.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also hoping that by transfer deadline the total of new players brought in by him could reach up to 8. "

Certainly seems to be something going on, would hope we can keep hold of Mason though, nothing about KTC

Jesus how much is Tan prepared to lose over Cornelious and Malky wants compensation!!!

I am afraid Mason had his chance to shine against Bolton, it is a pity he was very poor in that game. Then you have to think which players will now be up for a battle to see us through and I do not think Mason is that kind of player.

The main person to get rid of is the one on the pitch every game...Whittingham!

There are quite a few who can't hack it in the prem, no time for sentiment.

I don't understand all this whittingham bashing. He looked class against Man U and I don't remember him giving the ball away or losing it. I'll agree his set-pieces have been poor recently, but he is well suited to the style that OGS plays.

Didn't see the game last night, but he's certainly guilty of it many times this season. He's not alone in that mind, Odem, Kim and Eikrem recently have been lacking in that department - caught too often in possession through not moving the ball quickly enough.

Whitts has definite class - if he had any pace about him, he could be a top 8 club player. As it is, I'm afraid he could be tagged by some as the "New McPhail".

He has more than enough in his locker to hold down a place in the side, but he might need a switch in his role as he's clearly off the boil this past dozen games.

Whitts had a good game last night. His chasing back wwas as good as I've seen, dispelling the lazy tag. His distribution was good. On a separate point, we regularly had players maximising the width of the pitch. John had a good game and often had wis boots as did Kev who put in a number of good crosses as well as Noone. Daehli gave width as well. Some of the ffailing was that players didn't always spot the widtrh and. Make the pass. It is evident thgat changes in the style of play is coming.

I got John Macnaughton Noone Catherine and others busting a gut to get forward and Whitts only has to run from midfield but he never does.

He strolls around and comes off without a hair out of place and not a bead of sweat.

He is not good enough in that position, he scored 20 goals from the wing one season he is not a midfielder.

Of course he's a bloody midfielder, he has no pace at all for a wideman. Whitts has distributuion skills that some other clubs would die for if he had the pace to go with it.

He scored 25 goals the season you're talking about and he wasn't playing on the wing in the accepted sense. He was left midfield but playing far further forward that he has this past two years.

Whitts has not been up to scratch recently, and something needs to change. I think Ole is astute enough to see that and get the best out of him.
