Could be some truth in it. GFH maybe hadnt budgeted for paying out wage again if they thought the sale would have gone through by now? Not that I believe it i'm just playing devils advocate here.

GFH are the ones who have stopped the sale, because consortium wanted to lower the price.

Morning gents , better pick up the pace . It's a whole lot harder getting to the Premier than it is staying there imo . Leeds fans know they belong there . Cheers and good luck

I reckon the Italian mob have put a bigger offer on the table and Haigh and Co are raging that GFH are entertaining the bid <ok>

I just want to be in a position when we can once again focus on the 11 men in white on the pitch. Theres been far to much politics involved with LUFC for the last 10 or so years and every ****er thats run the club has not deserved the fans that they inherited!

100% agree Bucks........I don't have a clue how these takeovers work. But even old thicko me, knows there's more pain over the horizon. I'm dreading the final transfer day...<wah>

Another thing to consider - the bid GFH have just knocked back was from the consortium that has lent you £6M - If it does fall through, they have mortgaged the club for these loans so they may well call these in via administration - so nobby isn't talking bollox <ok>

:grin:The consortium didn't own the club to mortgage, you can't borrow against someone else's property.Other wise I would borrow money against everyone else's house. They took out loans against their own assets, their problem not ours.<ok>

Thats a poor attempt, even by your standards ;)

You can't put the club into admin unless you own it, and why would they do that anyway and lose a big chunk of their £6m...
