I didn't mean through injury, in 2012-13 season he played 190 minutes of competitive football This year he's played 6 premier league games and only in two of those games has he been on the pitch for longer than an hour. The rest of the time he's played in the ressies That's what will have hindered his development, he'll be completely drained of confidence as well and we've seen first hand with Graham and Altidore what that does to performances. I think he should drop down to the championship Also concerned he can't break into a struggling WBA team
Henderson played a bit part roll at his first season at Liverpool, Yes it may have stunted his development slightly and may not become what he could have been but he'll still come very close to fulfilling his potential which will be an exceptional standard. I'm surprised you think Sinclair is championship standard. I think he'd improve us massively.
Not necessarily championship standard, but his confidence will be shot, some time in the championship would help him to build fitness, momentum and confidence. All contributing factors, I imagine, to his absence from the WBA team Can just see if he did come the fans getting on his back pretty quickly if he was struggling with confidence
if one it woud be Banega but I hope as well as him we bring in Bridcutt, Ince and Scocco Mannone Bardsley - O'Shea - Brown - Alonso Banega - Bridcutt - Ki Johnson - Borini - Scocco really think Scocco will add a different dimension to the side and can see him interchanging quite often during the game with Borini
I reckon Scocco will play through the middle and drop off to link play up which is where it will be important for our cm's to get forward. Borini and Johnson to stay on the wings.
Tom Ince, Micah Richards, Cerci and Lasogga from Hertha Berlin but now on loan at Hamburg, he's only young but very quick, direct and can finish as well. My main one though would be Lowton at Villa. He's a very good right back, still young and he's good at getting forward and also does his job in defence as well. With him in the team I feel the side would have a lot more balance, assuming Alonso is left back.
http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sport/football/sunderland/read_article/10966936._/? A lot of clubs seem to be after Wickham, but this one would make sense imo.
Yep. But if Brighton are interested in Wickham, and SAFC are interested in the 2 Brighton lads, this deal should happen. Everyone's then happy.
ive heard a lot about corchia, and i agree that he's a great RB, would the french connection up the road be more appealing though?
i still think catts will be playing in that CDM role if bridcutt does arrive, at least for the remainder of the season, give the lad time to settle
We should put a bid in for Remy, He's a proven goal scorer and imagine if we got him, he played on Saturday and scored against them lot. Carlsberg dont do football transfers, but if they did.......
To be honest mate, he's probably way above both our levels. Arsenal have tracked him, and with Sagna looking likely to made, I reckon he will end up there. Lad is superb, and only early 20's.
