Like our brave men and women of the armed forces who deserve our support and assistance

Water finds its own level Smug. He associates with the same bell ends he is is himself.

I don`t know what you mean

Absolutely. As long as he`s got a couple of quid in his pocket they`ll be there.

I have to say mate, I also lay a little blame at the door of the general public and people in the game. Those who encouraged him to believe that acting like a twat made him 'a loveable character' have contributed to his downfall.

Even the 'serious media' who insisted on calling him 'Gazza' like he was some 9 year old should take a look at themselves.
The players & pundits who sniggered at his belching & false tits should hang their heads.

    Honestly hadn`t considered that Smug.
Thinking about it now the encouragement to be stupid was there.
    Good point.

Rehab will never ever help a person like Gazza. Complete waste of time. His substance abuse is a by-product of deep rooted issues. Treat the root problems then he may have chance of getting his head sorted.

I'm sure his family - who he gave plenty money to - will rally round and give back some love. I mean, we are always hearing of the geordie nation's generosity.

Am i missing something here? You're having a go at Gascoigne, whereas your "hero" Rowell left his wife for a bloke. ****ing cocksucker.

Aye, right. You're having a go at Gazza, I'm not fussed about him. If Shearer had come out as gay, you ****ers would have had a field day! <laugh>

Are you really comparing homosexuality to mental health problems? Wow, you really are a weirdo sometimes.

I still have a chuckle at PG turning up at Rothbury with a fishing Rod and Chicken sandwich for Raoul Moat. You couldn't make that up...comedy gold

Damn right we would, trouble is he won't come out, hasn't got the balls for it. He's as gay as Julian Clarey.

    How times change eh?

My dad, who was a typically bigoted NE miner when I was growing up in the 1960/70's, thought the two things amounted to much the same thing.
If we showed any liking whatsoever for anything feminine we'd be for it.
Growing your hair, out of a crew cut, or even going for a pink Smartie before the rest had been eaten, would raise his suspicions.

To nip owt like that in the bud he'd lock me or my brother in the coal house, or thrash us with his pit belt, until we'd been 'taught a lesson'.

I have to say it worked and didn't adversely affect me one bit, not one f**king bit I'm telling you!!!!!!!

Oi, I'm f**king talking to you, you bastard . . . come back here or I'll f**king knack you!!!!!
