It will also depend on how many players you lose before the January window closes, I know Gus is keen on a few.

Think for this one we'll put out our strongest side, the previous two rounds we went with the youngsters who all did very well tbf. A chance at the quarter finals will get us buzzing as will the chance to test ourselves against a PL team, it's a perfect chance to measure our progress against someone who's managed to do what we aspire to.

One of the better draws we could have asked for, IMO.

The big boys against each other meaning should we progress past Brighton another winnable game is possible.

A good tie for both of you.

Brighton against a lower PL side at home = winnable.

Hull against a lower divvision side = winnable.

If Hull progress then they have a good chance of winning the entire thing if you get another good draw.

Heard the crowd down there can influence refs into giving Stonewall pens....

it will depend on injuries/transfers in and out/suspensions/what the weather is like (if it like yesterday then that makes every game played a lottery), but given the overall cup draw I think Bruce may play a stronger team than if the big 4 had been kept apart - due to possible progression in the cup, as surely every chairman wants his team at a Wembley final to enhance sponsorship deals/attract better players/exposure in every single country which shows the FA cup final (which I believe is more than shows the PL, but I might be wrong).

I maybe wouldn't go that far yet. I'd say we have a good chance of Wembley, especially if we got the winner of Sheff Wed - Charlton.

I think its time to play the first team excluding Jelavic and Long of course.

Good draw . The Amex I found welcoming to away fans, good beer and your teams colours in the concourse.

There is very little to choose between the top of the Championship and the lower half of the Premier. This will be a tough game.

My prediction: a draw at the AMEX and win the replay.

If its the same arrangements as last time, you can drink in Lewes and get a free train to the ground with the match ticket. Some cracking pubs there. Also its one of the few, perhaps the only, ground that serves cask beer in the concourse. Harveys Bitter last year, Everards Tiger the season before.

I have a three hundred mile drive each way so I like to get in my car and get going after the match - Brighton is the worst away ground bar none for parking - you have to dick about on park and ride and it takes too long- nowhere else does that - they should make the car park next to the ground for away fans but they don't - as I said, it's **** and their fans are a bunch of ****ers doing gay surveys - no-one else does that either
