On the way to work this morning Robbie Savage was on the Chris Moyles show being interviewed. Moyles was pushing him on the football side of things and asked if he would consider coming out of retirement if he was offered a deal by Leeds (Moyles’ side). Savage said he loves the game and finds it very hard being out of the sport and would consider a offer carefully.

This man is someone if he plays for your club you love him but everyone else hates him. Would anyone else love it if we signed him hes got exactly the bite and gamesmanship we need in our midfield. Yes he is too old I do wish he was a few years younger but could maybe do a job? This is pure speculation on your opinions on Savage really as let’s be honest it’s not going to happen he’s not your Pearson type signing. Could you imagine him and Bullard in the same squad jesus it would be carnage.

Just a quick point on this, in his early days on Radio 1 Chris Moyles used to frequently ie every day talk about how much he hated football and was proud of the fact he knew nothing about it. Only when he realised this would alientate a huge percentage of potential audience did he LITERALLY overnight become a TWS fan and proclaim he was "one of the lasds, down the boozer, talking football whilst the missus cooks dinner".

God i detest the fraudulent twerp.

haha where i live its hills, hill, and sheep the signal is very very poor. Other than Radio 1 and 2 and Cumbria FM (CFM) the accents on CFM really annoy me though so R1 it is in a morning. When on long journeys I do like to listen to talksport however I enjoy the debate as I do with 606 on a Saturday afternoon with Savage.

On the topic of radio I was flicking through whilst I was in Manchester this weekend and came across a station called “Gaydio”

Oh my god is this one of those moral dilemma type questions? You're stuck in a room with Chris Moyles and Robbie Savage. Which one of the ****ing ****s do you punch in the face first?

I back up bum_chinned_crab, fatty Moyles is indeed a fraud, when he did the 4am slot on Radio 1 before the breakfast show starts he really did go on about his dislike of the beautiful game. He is a very unfunny and very fraudulent piece of lard and his apparent love of all thing White ****e is a Machiavellian way of increasing his listening figures and his fan base. The man is a joke (without being funny).

On the Savage front, his legs went years ago, he's been running on empty for the last couple of years and basically only gets a kick (no pun intended) out of football because he's straight on radio gobbing off about it after a match. Sony award my arse!

I'll third that. The fat **** used to hate football. All the ****house does is surround himself with sycophantic arse wipes who laugh at his boring, unfunny stories.

No, I'm not a fan either.

As for Savage, too old by at least two years.

Easy, you punch Moyles and then the two of you leave Savage on his own, it's inevitable he'll start an argument at some point.

Well we did sign Andy Hessenthaler once and he was about 50 so Savage would probably do better than him, not to mention that Gwyn Thomas signing by Ternent who looked like he was in his late fifties to my young eyes, as they were. I think if we had Savage and Bullard in the team together the odds that they wouldn't start many games together would be pretty low or non-existent.

Why would we want an aging, expensive, blonde, long haired midfielder who's his own biggest fan?
