I'd rest Figueroa and only bring Koren on as a late sub. Bruce should go 3-5-2 against an inferior team and put pressure on early. Let Rosenior and Elmo both start in mid-field with Elmo in a more attacking role. I think Elmo would benefit from a rest Faye needs some game time but would be wary of injury because he could be critical in the coming few weeks. Boyd needs an hour to "top him up" so to speak as he has shown promise as a sub in the league but short of actual game time. But apart from that peripheral players should be the go and Sagbo to hopefully boost his tally.
I'd like to see elmo rested honestly I still think we have more than enough in our locker with the less used players Get quinn a good run out

IMO, It should be as close to the Middlesboro 3rd round starting team as possible who played very well. BUT,, BIG BUT, we need both Rosie and Figgy to be fit and fresh for the tuesday night game @ Palace against Bolasie and Puncheon who are the main threat to us in the Palace team. So my team would include some of the kids. Wiith Danny Graham not allowed to play and the crazy situation of allowing Prozzy to go before this game we have NO striker options available. But if Graham can play then start him instead of Sagbo who should drop to the bench for say Fletcher.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gave Jelavic and Long (if fit) a run as they need some match fitness. The other question is if we make Wembley with our reserves do they play in the final or do the First Team take over? Would this mean they would get a Cup Winners Medal for only playing one game?
