I remember when Mikel San Jose and Daniel Ayala were the next two in line. Same with Pauletta, all to replace Carra and Hyypia and they just never worked out. San Jose would be good though out of those bunch he is doing the best.
only for the fact that paletta has succeeded in italy and san jose to some extent in spain... you'd wonder at rafa's kids policy most of the time. i really think he liked a deal and at napoli he's doing the same... buy enough and something sticks right?
