    <applause> This team spirit of ours will run deeper than most think. I think Nolan going will damage spirits a decent amount for a while though; him being the captain and a lot of the guys praising his personality and work in training. But overall we'll get over it and move on and you could bring up all sorts of potential upsides to this such as your Jose theory.

    I agree too. The one thing that worries me, though, is the step into the unknown. We don't know yet if Cabaye will be a success, or whether HBA will be the same player as before his horrific injury (highly doubtful), or who else we'll sign, or how it'll affect the dressing room...

    Lets be honest, this site has been flooded with this 'formation porn' since day one. Not too many of those included Nolan. Next season Nolan woud have been a backup player. Yeah he gets goals but i honestly dont believe he offers much else. When he doesn't find the net he doesn't have a good game.
