And Constable is now withdrawn, replaced by Tyrone Marsh. Perhaps Chris Wilder knew I was making these terrible jokes and took him off for your sakes.

    O'Dowda also replaces Rigg.

Didn't Napoleon once say something about an army marching on its stomach? Is that the aim of this Vol-au-vent Army?

Oxford commentators having a bit of fun about the dropped aitches for which we are noted in SE London. "Andball!"

    Full time 0-3 :)

Decent, professional performance. Now on to Huddersfield... the 4 least exciting words I've typed for a while.

Look forward to hearing from those who were there.

Bloody heck I was close with my predictions :) - Only made one mistake with the line up (Stephens replacing Cousins) and I said Jackson would score in a 3-0 win rather than Green.

I'll nip by the training ground tomorrow for my Consultancy fee Chris!!

The best thing about this result is we're playing this weekend, wouldn't feel right having a Saturday without a Charlton game. If you look at our away record in this season's FA Cup, we'll take some beating.

A solid performance from us last night, although Oxford were poor, particularly at the back.

The first half up to our goals saw what looked like a now familiar away performance from us, with lots of slow build up, a lack of movement, and a poor final ball. Once we got the two quick goals the game was effectively over. One thing that was noticeable was that against that level of opposition, the likes of Green and Evina look like ok players.

Poyet came on for Stephens in the last ten mins, prompting the somewhat cringeworthy chant "he's better than Gus"...

One thought for those who want us to leave the Valley. Have a visit to the Kassam first, and see what a faceless, bland stadium does for a club's DNA. The architect could have designed it in his sleep. The Manor Ground used to be a proper ground. Lets hope we never go down that route.

Neil Lennon was there. Left after Kermorgant was subbed. I'd be surprised to be honest but I guess he's be cheap.
