I am more interested to know why it is that after he has left, he performs like this in the premier League. Real pity he's not still with us. Still remember the euphoria of him scoring against Coventry which practically kept us up that day

We didn't play him.! He was rated by all and sundry but not us, make you wonder? He was a bit raw but they need games..

Just thought, I'm pretty sure he was out of contract?

He was used as an Adomah replacement, but he left instead after constantly being left on the bench.
Hopefully the same won't happen with Bryan, Burns etc.

    "Undisclosed fee"

    Bristol City[edit]
Bolasie was transferred to Bristol City on 6 June 2011 for an undisclosed fee and signed a two-year contract.[28][29] He scored his first goal for the club in a 3–1 win against Coventry City on 9 April 2012.[30] Prior to the match against Barnsley later that month, Bolasie was named Young Player of the Year by the Supporters Club and Trust after a fans vote.[31] He submitted a written transfer request in August 2012 because he wanted to move back to London.[32][33]

    Crystal Palace[edit]
In August 2012, Bolasie signed a three-year contract with Crystal Palace for an undisclosed fee.[34][35][36] He made his debut in a 2–1 defeat at Middlesbrough,[37] and scored his first goal for Palace in a 5–0 win against Ipswich Town. He is a fans favourite and a current member of the strings[38]

Palace boss Dougie Freedman is keen on the former Plymouth Argyle star and the south London club are prepared to offer up to £300,000 for his signature.

Negotiations between the two clubs have been on-going for two weeks now with City's board of directors demanding £500,000 for a player they signed just over a year ago for a bargain-basement fee of £20,000.
