Great photos - I really hope one of his first crop end up being something to get excited about. I also notice Frankel has another full brother as Kind gave birth to another by Galileo last year.
I believe this is a filly and a second foal on the ground for Frankel besides the Chrysanthemum foal. Not sure who the mare is with this foal though?
Istabraq is correct. That picture is his second foal. A filly born at the National Stud this weekend. I don't think any pictures have been released of the Chrysanthemum foal, Frankels first born, yet/
You are right istabraq meant to say first photos of his foal. Been trying to find who the dam is but no luck! But it is his second foal
The National Stud have said it is company policy not to release the mares name unless they have permission from her owner. I'd expect the name to be released in the next day or two. Coolmore have said it is their policy not to release photos of their foals until they are 2 weeks old, so expect to see Chrysanthemum's colt sometime next week.
I thought the same but didn't like to say. I put it down to the cameraman. I'm sure she's beautiful really and await some more pics
I assume that's the one sired by Sadler´s Wells (USA) out of Jude, by Darshaan stick? Some pedigree.
You're right Ron, she's a full sister to Quarter Moon and Yesterday. The Trevor Jones "official" photos look much nicer, I'll find a link to them.
I've just seen a picture of the first foal at one day old. Unfortunately it can't be shared (blocked).
I've heard there are pictures of the colt doing the rounds, but they're not from Coolmore. They like to do their "conformation" style shots once the foals have put on a bit of weight and straightened up.
