    He does look pretty skillful and is also very quick. From what I have read Cabella differs from Ben Arfa in that he is a very hard worker, good engine, covers a lot of ground and decent at winning the ball back. He also creates a lot of chances for his teammates rather than always on a personal glory mission. He sounds pretty good.

    might be true to form by boa but untill we see him being paraded ! i'm allways worried about getting signings over the line we mess about trying to save thrupence ha'penny some one else comes in gives the going rate ie the other remy and we lose out

    Father and agent: Cabella to Newcastle this winter.
    Chairman: Deal agreed - player will join NUFC in the summer.
    President of Montpellier: No deal agreed.

    It's all as clear as day then.

    Latest from GFN France:

    "Get French Football News however understands that Louis Nicollin’s comments are an attempt to lure interest in from other clubs to hijack Newcastle’s Remy Cabella preliminary agreement in order to attract a better offer and that the Montpellier Chairman, Laurent Nicollin, is indeed speaking the truth. Newcastle have an agreement in principle to sign attacking midfielder Remy Cabella from Montpellier this summer."

    Newcastle have an agreement in principle to sign attacking midfielder Remy Cabella from Montpellier this summer.

    Get French Football News understands that Montpellier and Newcastle have not actually agreed a fee for Remy Cabella yet, and that is something that they will work on in the coming months. What is in place is that Montpellier have agreed to transfer the player to Newcastle this summer.
