Only back from the game an hour or so .... We did NOT deserve to lose that game tbh, but we did and we're in the doggy doos. That said, TP played to a plan, the SAME plan he had us playing like. It bored me stupid and on any other day Adam would have scored at least 2 goals. I will write more later but all I'll say for now is, we won't go down. KTF one and all.
I really dont understand what people want or expect. This is a forum of free speech where everyone is entitled to their opinion and through discussion should want to get their point across constructively - I welcome that and I am open to everyones views. However poping up and posting one line negative comments - to what end? Post a suggestion or view that doesnt start and end with were ****.

Crazy, I think Smithers as a moderator, is trying to get the board back on a more even keel of opinions, debate and banter, It is difficult to get a constructive debate going without willing participants and we seem to have broken into factions slinging mud at each other. For me yesterday's result was a disappointment but we had plenty of shots and plenty of possession, I know that doesn't win games but without that errant pass it would have been a draw. It could have ended up 12-17 if all the shots had gone in.
yes but if you say a Stoke player has been rubbish, people jump on you, and say you are not supporting the team, how many times does Wilson give the ball away, or makes a bad decision , yes we all have bad days, but does he learn no, and Shawcross has had some dodgy defending this season, he keeps being dragged out of position. But hey ho, you can not say things like that here, because you are not a true Stoke fan. and by the way I don't think it was a bad back pass, Wilson was to slow to react.
If you look at some of my previous posts I gave commented on the form of Shawx and errors Wilson has made. They simply haven't done the job but they gave been part of a makeshift defence. Wilson isn't a defender even though TP played him at LB, but we are extremely thin in this area. We could do with a CB cover - never thought I would say that after years of having more CB's than the rest of the league put together - lol
Crazy, I thought Wilson was a midfielder who we played at left back under our last manager, he has made a number of mistakes in central defence I thought he contributed in some of the goals that Liverpool scored, it isn't his best position and we are really missing Huth who I think has a much better understanding with Shawcross, I also think that playing further up the field is causing our defence problems as they are not used to it. In essence all players make mistakes in their own positions when it is not your own position you tend to get found out more often, the further away from the goal the less damaging the mistakes tend to be. So yes Wilson isn't very good as a central defender but that isn't the position he should be playing in.
