O/T Ballon D'Or 2013

So then, tonight the Ballon D'Or will be awarded. Who do you think should win it?

Messi is certainly the better player, but Ronaldo has had the better year. Sorry Ribery, your good and all, but you've no chance. You aren't even Bayern's best player ffs.

I think Ronaldo will win it, and he probably deserves too. I think if Messi had not got injured he would win.

 

Ribery being in there is stupid. Surely someone like Bale could take that third spot?

 

Like I said, he isn't Bayern's best player. Lahm is.



I would have had Ibrahimovic personally.

 

Ibrahimovic always gets overlooked because he plays in france, but he should definitely be there ahead of Ribery.

 

I'm sure Ronaldo will get it but I wouldn't ever vote for him in any poll, except who is the most arrogant petulant etc etc.

How long is it since an English player won - has one ever??

Messi



Ribery, Bale, Suarez etc.


Also, Ronaldo should win this year no question about it.

Stanley Matthews won the very first Ballon D'Or in 1956, Charlton won it in 1966, Keegan won it in 1978 and 1979.

 

I suppose it's at least partly because I don't see him play much but I don't even think of Ribery as being as good as Suarez or Bale. Those guys while not quite Messi or Ronaldo are amazing. Ribery's just an ugly ****.

 

Ribery is vastly over rated. Not even in the same league as Messi and Ronaldo. Suarez should win it.

 

A German newspaper is reporting Ronaldo has won it.
