I miss this place

I don't think the OP started it to attack posters, simply pointing out the reasons for his leaving. He's been here a bit longer than you - I think. But as you're monitoring the thread and have strong views on bullying and the like I'd like to know what you think of posters who call others "prick" regularly. That OK with you? Dragon does that, see. You might have heard of him.

 

The bottom line is two posters who for what ever their agenda's maybe ,are just out to spoil , disrupt, abuse and belittle fellow posters and take great delight in taking the p*** out of the club/management/players/posters at any opportunity on rivals boards .Pity about that but such is life ,some people must have such sad lives

Not just sad, MB - it's not the way a proper supporter would behave. Nobody is suggesting everyone sings from the same hymnsheet. Different views make a forum tick. But it's the barely concealed delight that they show when we lose a game so they can big it up, puff out their sad little chests and say they were right. It's deliberate because they actually get a huge kick out of getting a reaction, but the result is that the forum is often not a nice place to visit after a defeat.

Come to think of it yes that's sad.

 

Even if that is true, why not just counter their claims with your own view or facts. It's called debate. It's good fun. Much better than all this abuse and bullying.

 

Does "pot. kettle. black. you're one of the worst offenders." qualify as debate, good fun or both? Just asking.

@Kifflom. Still going on then I see. The problem on here is two people and everyone knows it. I know you have Norway Jack on ignore but I have no problem with him and as you've seen he's posted sensibly and fairly here. This plastic fan is obviously DragonPhil so you might want to put him on ignore too. For what it's worth what I've seen is these two in the op trying to cyber bully you and I don't think you've done anything wrong. I feel sorry for the people who only use this forum having to put up with these two and their bullying tactics and disruptive behaviour. The pair of them have obviously lost the plot and this forum would be a much better place without them as is being proved elsewhere. I'm not promoting or telling anyone to go elsewhere by the way I'm just saying that there is a certain other forum that has banned them and is a much better place for it. Perhaps the people who run this board should take a look at it, see what they do and have a think about how things should be on here instead.

My maths are fine , two posters it is imo , the rest can debate, offer an opinion and generally behave without a hidden agenda .

 

Well if your maths is out then so is mine MB. When Drag and Dai appear the board goes to ****. I dislike Norway but in fairness he does contribute positively when he puts his mind to it. The others don't - all they do is snipe and gloat and it's no wonder posters get wound up. Trouble is that's what feeds Internet trolls. They actually enjoy causing mayhem.

 

@valley. I forget myself at times when dealing with them from Legoland because I can't stand them. I will tone it down as you have requested that's no problem but I also want to make you aware that this person is having a pop at me every chance he gets hence the reason I meet fire with fire. Now that you're aware of this he might stop but if not at least you know what to look out for now
