Christine Wants to Talk To You.

This compromise/comparison between the Liverpool and Man Utd is ridiculous too. The boards are run differently with different rules. The Liverpool board is one of the most lenient around whereas the mans ban someone for something they haven't even done (#astro).

The Liverpool and Man Utd mods make their own decisions and as much as I'd like to help some of our posters out in getting unbanned, if it means posters like Christian coming here they can stay ****ing banned!!!

Obviously I love Christians, all of them; even the short tempered, aggressive, argumentative one in question. I vote yes. If he steps out of line, I'll send a plague of syphillitic rodents to his mums house (there are two on the Chelsea board who would do it).

 

No because comments by people like Christian lower the quality of the board and discourage actual Liverpool fans from signing up. There isn't any benefit to unbanning him over than for a laugh before it gets stale again.

I'd rather not have every one of the threads I post on turn into a pointless argument.

How was Astros ban different to Christians or sm1thys?. You lads have give it loads on the United board over the last few months and fair play, I like it but don't pretend you're massively lenient.

The Christine thing was a bit of a laugh but as we can see from the poll a lot don't want it and this place is also for those fans so it's a non starter.

Some boards thrive on the banter/wumming/whatever you want to call it from other fans. This place has become more popular without it so I see no reason to change that.

I'm still for giving him 1 hour after every game they lose though.

However, we are lenient. Tobes has been here for an age despite desperately trying to wum at every attempt because he's willing to debate and back-up his point.

I stood up for both matth and smithy for a long time before bans were issued. Neither were contributing and it had got to the point where their share presence caused a problem!

Christian is a foul mouthed anti-Liverpool poster that has no interest in our club, never mind discussing us. Why else would he want unbanning other than to wum? Like the other two highlighted, his presence would cause problems, never mind what he says, especially if the accusations of using disasters to score points is true (before my time) which is why Viva will not be unbanned whilst I'm a LFC mod.

I will say though, the Man Utd board is much more lenient nowadays. Sweats is much better at it than the others who I'm not sure even visit anymore? I will also add that I know Astro's ban wasn't just for that thread I transerred too.

PS...smithy isn't banned anymore.

IMHO, no. But he's been given a second chance so lets see what happens. He knows the score.

PS...he was unbanned a few days ago but not seen him yet. Que loss to Stoke...
