Massive difference between you and me. I didn't want SOD and said so before he came, then supported him (with some extreme difficulty most of the time) until the bitter end.

You, spent thread after thread telling us how fantastic he was and how he would become the best manager we will ever have (He became the worst) then you stabbed him in the back as soon as opinion turned against you..

His record spoke for itself before he arrived, his stock was good, sad it did not work out,but i backed him to the end.
i did not think SC was the right choice, but hey so far so good and i back him to the hilt.
As they say football is a funny old game.
Sometimes things turn out for the better, hopefully SC can get this club riseing up the leauges again.<ok>

People are forgetting that he was a target man not a goal scorer. He was brought in to do two things which he did well; win the ball when played up to him and hold on to it.

For me he was a ginger Heskey , a player who wasn't a great goal scorer but kept getting picked for club and country and who Michael Owen said he loved playing with as they are the players that do the physical work allowing the strike partner to get the goals.

Taylor wasn't a goal scorer and he will get a lot of flack from fans because of it but we looked a better side with him in it but there is no place for him with the current formation so it's right he goes

RedRobin - Sorry that's me, as Manuel would say 'you know nothing'.
Think Ryan Taylor will do a great job for Pompey, if he can stay fit.
