So with Man Utd winning a few games on the bounce, Liverpool having a decent season and looking like a good team again. But riddle me this, am I the only one enjoying the renewed rivalry between the two of us? The last couple of years have been very strange on here, the rivalry between us two had been very much dampened due to our stuttering and your dominance, but without prematurely blowing my load over your horrible yet attractive faces it's seems to me that the scales are starting to level out a touch? Obviously a lot can change between now and the end of the season, but while it was initially funny seeing you falter, I look forward to slugging it out with both you and Everton for fourth place or potentially more. Its good fun, for both teams. Liverpool have punched above their weight and UTD are in transition under a new manager, so anything could happen
As a neutral, the sooner the biggest two clubs are fighting it out for the title season after season, the better
How are Utd in transition? They're the current champions and have a manager with 12 years prem league experience. We are where we are on merit not punching above our weight.
Our form has been very good since the turn of the year, so that does stand us in good stead going in to next year, more importantly the football we've played has been very good and we deserve to be where we are currently, whether we will sustain it is open for debate but we're certainly back on the right track. Man Utd have coped well with injuries which is promising, I think winning the title could be too much to ask this season purely for the amount needed to go your way.
We've been in transition for years beware the transition...... Fancy asking Moyes to invest in Joe Allen this month as one of his panic buys??
