Maybe having his dad at the helm helps, who knows? And plenty of players have struggled no matter what division we've been in, the pressure comes from our own fans and that's never changed no matter how other people perceive the club (and I think it's maybe a shock to some players that it hasn't changed).
Did he throw up when he played for Leicester? Banter aside, maybe with his old man being such a Man U legend and him being the age he is he's just a massive Man U fan and it was the idea of playing for Leeds that literally turned his stomach.
Gradel's attitude was fantastic. He got frustrated at times (mainly with refs) but it didn't affect his workrate or style of play or anything really. And thats coming from probably the only Leeds fan in the world that thought he was overrated at his time at Leeds.
Just got this on my facebook. I know it's old news now but read the 2 comments by TWS fan lol They really make me laugh some ofthese muppets . http://www.ftbpro.com/reader/hull.c... City&utm_medium=feed&utm_source=facebook.com
"Hull are a nothing team" So what the **** does that make the 82 clubs in the Football League below us?
I think they just write it in the vain hope that Max Gradel somehow reads that particular article and thinks "**** it, they're right". What a bunch of mongs.
I don't know Tickler, perhaps a good back up for challenging current players/fatigue/loss of form etc though all the same I'd still prefer to see us sign a fox in the box striker before signing any back ups
I think it's the other way around. He's actually good enough to play for us now, I didn't really rate him back in the day and was a bit shocked a Ligue 1 side were after him.
