    To be fair TR, I think it's a good appointment, all things considered ... he's done a pretty good job everywhere he's been apart from with us ... and I think with us it was too much to do in too short a space of time and with a heavy weight of expectation to boot ... I do believe he would have brought us straight back up if he'd been given the opportunity ... he's proven at this level and with scant resources ... I expect to see him turn it around for you guys but maybe not immediately ... good luck to you.
