Well done to all who went today. Skint January, familiar drab opponents, **** weather, potential reserve XI on the pitch. Credit to all who summoned the money, energy and willpower to attend.
The 1427 real Hull City supporters who were away at Torquay on Tuesday nights. The only true HCAFC supporters. The core of the club. Well done
The crowd was good but if that was at home we'd have got 6-7,000 ish again. There was none of the groaning at every errant pass you get at home games either. Our away support is brilliant. Home support has been better this season due to Allam's antics but we still need to cut out all the groaning.
No joke, several people around me were moaning at 3-0 and 4-0 up against Fulham, saying we were passing the ball too much, "get it forward".
To be fair, it's always irritated me when teams go 4-0 up with half-an-hour a left and take to spending a third of the match passing between their back-four. Get the bastard forward and try and score again, like any club team from outside of England would
If they where watching Arsenal or Barcelona on TV they would say look they pass it backwards and keep it we never do that. Yet at the KC we do exactly the same thing they ****ing moan. The amount of times per game some idiots near me say get it forwards, like its that simple. It's like they think there not trying. I would say most of us on this forum probably understand football reasonably but some of the people near me at games really make me wonder.
What do you mean leave? I'm not from England. I've spent a fortune to come over and watch the team. Just because I wasn't at Torquay or there today does that mean I'm not a real fan?
