You always laugh at the web forum thread that has someone wanting to totally dismantle a team and buy 7 or 8 new players. Every sane person knows that making that many changes at once is suicide (eh Souness?) The thing is we look like we may buy a fair few players this summer, several kids, but also a few first teamers. The thing is how many would you start in August? Personally I don't want to see more than three changes. I would like to see a new left flank and a holding midfielder. Apart from that, I'm happy with the current crop of players we have.
We need a left back but other than that it's the quality cover that we lack, the kind of players that will give competition for a first team place.
