No point in resting any players, we're not going up this season, nor will we be relegated, so why protect them from injury? Play our strongest team, get in the hat and at least keep the season going.

If we go out to this lot with our first choice XI we may as well cash in on Byram and start planning for next season.

Every chance we can go out. Even the rubbish outfits, we struggle to beat. Depends on who wants it more and you can bet Rochdale will be up for it as much as our overpaid Prima donnas

I was going to propose this formation change too. I'd like to rest Austin and Ross, maybe have them on the bench to come on and replace Brown and Verney if needed.

Yorkshires most famous v the little minows.

Will Yorkshires biggest most famous and vastly supported club win away against the tiny little minows in this afternoons FA cup clash ?

Its being beamed all around the world via the net,i for one will be watching and cheering for the little minows <ok>
would be great for them to win against their big megga rich superstar studded opponents <ok>
Yorkshires big guns will struggle a little but i think they will somehow scrape through <doh>
shame really cos i would like Macclesfield to beat them <whistle>

On bet 365, Leeds are 10/11

If we are playing a strong side, may be worth a bet, surely?

    FFS it's the F.A. cup!!
Play your best 11 and humiliate the opposition, no debate.
Let the Johnny Foreigners disrespect it if they want, it's always a major trophy to me.

Its a chance for the fringe players to shine. Look how Pugh has stepped up to the mark

I agree we should play our strongest team, but British managers disrespect this competition just as much, going by Paul Lambert's comments this week

If I was a first team regular I'd be gutted to be "rested" plus it is a bit disrespectful to Rochdale and their fans. All teams should be made to play it right. Imagine if you're an Oldham ST holder and the marra the Liverduddle youth team take to the pitch, you'd be raging

    Byram up top???

Very strong team giving the competition & Rochdale the respect each deserves. Good in some respects. But I still think Austin & Ross should have been rested.
