Got this ready to watch, will stick it on soon, loved Steve McQueen's other films. Got a nice bottle of Sailor Jerry in, normally a whiskey man when it comes to spirits but felt like a change, will have a glass or two with the film.
Heard that was amazing, having it loading now actually. THe guy who played the main character is an up and comin actor as well. He was in the wire too. EDIT: Michael Jordan was in the sopranos ( rideland kid) , the wire ( wallace, damn shame), Friday night lights, CHronicle, Red tails, and is a voice in gears of war 3 as some dude named jace.
He is very good in it and it is a brilliant film. Probably going to watch The Hobbit 2 Electric Boogaloo later.
i know quite easily lol. as a Tolkien fan they only made one ruddy Hobbit, is this another hollywood bollocks ie final destination 41 or final fantasy 800 type thing or is this based more on Silmarillion just prefer to call it Hobbit series.
It's just the Hobbit but strung out, imo it's going to be good overall and an enjoyable film but not as good as LOTR.
cheers havent seen the Hobbit film yet so didn't know they had broken it down lol, lotr yes as it was broken into 3 parts so made sense 3 films. that's Hollywood for you rinse the ****er for all its worth, read the Hobbit in a day before not that long a ruddy story.
That's the main problem with the Hobbit the book isn't long enough to make 3 films so a lot of padding is added, I enjoyed the first one but it's nothing special.
Enjoyed Hobbit 2 very good. Just watched the new Richard Curtis film About Time, very good sentimental nonsense but lovely never seen the wife cry so much so it must be good.
hobbit 2 has characters like legolas who were not in the book. the hobbit book i read in a day. it is that short. I need to download the new hobbit movie to see it.
