Suggests to me that LNS felt that the guidelines he was given tied his hands and meant he could not utilise an inquisitorial case, but had to limit his powers to the adversarial type.

I wonder if fans of other clubs, especially celtic shareholders, given the hold on their proposal at the clubs agm this year, are awaiting the outcome of the UTT and potential consequential title stripping which LNS foresaw.
