'he could not get into Yeovils side'

I've watched Yeovil a few times and I'm not surprised - they had a loanee from Everton who looked the business.
But generally YTFC look totally out of their depth.

As for Fonts playing this w/e in a back 3 - Happy to leave it with SC.

I'm in 2 minds on this one, I would like to see Liam back to his best and hope he gets there. I just think he's like walking the green mile with us.

I would suspect his future needs to be with someone else. Can you imagin him being back and making a mistake on Saturday?

But Greg Cunningham states SC is a good motivator maybe he can work magic, and get Liam back to his old self.

That would be a big plus ROD
Or even if he could improve Fonts beyond his best

As illustrated with Joe Hart, a short time on the sidelines can do wonders for a player's mental agility

Liam Fontaine is out of contract at the end of the season. He needs to go, the reason we sent him out on loan is because A) He is ****e and B) The fans turned on him. Do yourself a favour fonts ask for a transfer request.

To think we almost got a million pound from Southampton a few seasons ago..

Give the guy a chance. New Manager, New instructions. If Cunningham says it has improved him by 100%, then I think a Fontaine who is twice as good as he used to be is going to be a decent cover in case of other 1st team injuries.

If he can regain his confidence and find some form under SC, then great as it would be as good as a new signing, however, if as we all suspect we see the same level of inept defending then for gods sake pay up his contract and free up a space for another CB.

No no no to Fontaine !!!!!!!!!!

He's had loads of chances and still plays like he's never seen a football before in his life. Get shot of him immeditely, assuming anyone will even consider taking him off our hands.

The defence without Fontaine was hardly watertight was it?
If he gets picked please get behind him - he's in a red shirt for heavens sake

He is a player I have never liked as a player. He switches off far too often and when he makes mistakes which they all do he makes them big and lead to goals.

Yes even without him we have struggled to keep a clean sheet but with him in the team we are likely to let in at least another a game and we don't know the strike force current to balance that out .

But he is a city player and I will support the team if he plays, just think we have better options and would rather see one of the u21 defenders come in who are used to winning games
