    An NFL game i was watching years ago, a wide receiver was running down the wing, some big brute tackled his legs, he spu around about 5 times in the air and his leg at the knee must have spun around 15 times whilst he was spinning around 5, no blood but pretty horrific.

    Playing an Under 15s match our striker made what can only be described as a striker's tackle on their counter-attacking full back snapping his Achilles tendon, played them in the reverse fixture 9 months later and the lad was still on crutches.

    Worst I've ever seen with my eyes up close was when some guy popped his kneecap out. Worst that's happened to me is complete fracture of my metacarpal, and worst I've seen is that tackle by Witsel :emoticon-0119-puke:

    At a professional footie match i've been at it has to be Villa vs Ipswich and the player was Luc Nillis.
    At a Sunday league side it has to be the team i manage - Our striker got kicked in the chest then landed on the chest and has broken rib cage and couldn't breathe.
    Also seen a guy just collapse and have spasms on a pitch - not good either.

    at school my and a mate were lifting another mate up to hook up some volley ball netting... unfortunately we misheard an instruction from mate 2 and dropped him onto a hook which spiked through his scrotum... cue lots of yellow type discharge dripping on the floor and years of piss takes about his other ball being in the albert hall etc..

    he's managed to father two kids mind so not all was lost...

    when I was 12 got my leg caught between the wheel and swingarm (the bit that holds the wheel to the main frame) of my brothers motorbike my foot was facing the opposite direction to what I was facing, then to make things worse it was snapped straight whilst I was ONLY on gas and air. Had another x ray and it still wasn't straight so had to have it straightened again but under general anaesthetic.

    just googled the fella. apparenly he had several facial fractures and lost some teeth. got off lightly by the look of it...
