Another report so there must be something in it. The cheeky buggers are looking for a cut-price deal, don't tell them we would have paid them to take him!... http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footbal...t-sunderland-want-wright-phillips_127569.html
Harry's master stroke is not playing SWP. In a practical demonstration of the old saying 'absence makes the heart grow fonder' Sunderland have forgotten everything other than that goal against Chelsea. I think we're trying the same trick with Cesar
We should let him go, hasn't done anything in a hooped shirt [apart from the winner at Chelski] Get him off the wage bill and get someone decent in.
He's costing us multi millions per goal/assist so he has to go. Its not like he's on 5k a week. Even that scum goal was mishit, dragged low left as always. He's a footballer who literally cannot play football, he has basic faults that should have been sorted in junior football.
Yeah, I'd agree with most of this. I'm getting frustrated with Hoilett: he had a spell at the beginning of the season when he looked very dangerous but that seems a distant memory now.
Yeah but at least there's the feeling he could get back to that, maybe under a different manager. SWP is just a shocking excuse for a footballer who's cost us over £10m for what? The best thing people can say about him is he can run back and put in a tackle.
I'd like to distance myself from this remark!! Good luck, Shaun, and thanks for the Chelsea goal. But please, close the door behind you.
With SWP going (hopefully) it might open the door for Sherriff or another youngster to be included in the matchday squad.
