Best not to take anything a Manc says seriously seeing as they're all ******ed: https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/933914_1420635618173818_1197655970_n.jpg
Matth they had as much chance of winning the title as Subo of winning Miss Universe. It is just that the scousers were too ******ed and deluded to realise it. They thought they could do it because they believed they had in the racist the best player in the world. The last matches showed he couldn't even tie the shoelaces of the very best: he just goes missing and cannot score against the top top teams. Even attempted a swan dive to get a pen in the last 2 defeats. Maureen's park the bus team totally dominated them which was not reflected in the score. Again another delusion that their sliding team could end Maureen's home record. Their target according their less deluded fans is now the Europa cup.
The simple fact is this time last year we were miles off the pace, and none of us expected to be doing so well this season. 1. Still in with a good shout for top 4. 2. We have one of the best players in the world on fire, who alone has scored more goals than most PL teams. 3. We have 3 KEY players to return 4. We have money to spend in January 5. We have to play all the big clubs (except you lot) at Anfield in the 2nd half of the season 6. Brenden Rodgers and the owners vision is happening a lot faster than we all expected 7. We've scored more goals than ANY team in the PL this calendar year (including City) 8. We're currently 1 point off 4th and 4 points off 3rd - with a far superior goal difference (which could make all the difference, as you lot should know!) I would have jumped at this at the start of the season If any of you Mancs seriously thought we thought we would win the title this year, you're the deluded one's. Man City will win it, for me that's pretty much a dead cert. At the start of the season I predicted 5th for us - maybe that prediction will turn out to be correct. However, I now have a sneaky feeling we'll get 4th. With City, Chelsea, and Arsenal taking the top 3 places.
Didn't Moyes come out in an interview saying he won't be spending in January, as he feels once his injured players are back he'll have enough? It was definitely quoted somewhere.
We take take the stick back (well most of us can) we are still in a good position losing at Chelsea and City is something that will happen to a lot of teams. At this point we can still point and laugh at you but will be looking over our shoulder with a worried glance.
Some, however, clearly can't. Don't think we need to be looking over our shoulder now, I genuinely believe that after we've all now played each other we won't go lower, we're in sixth so we're only looking up. I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's where we finish up though. At the same time we do have the recent experience and knack of winning titles on our side though so amongst all the top six we are the danger, whether certain posters choose to accept that is another (irrelevant) story. Don't rule us out. Of all the current top six, all can win the league.
It's been fun laughing at you lot, lots of pent up frustration after all those years of you bloody winning everything but at this moment if Moyes brings in a couple of players and they turn out to be good signings then your season may well turn around. It's probably the same for us if we are to continue this very good season we will need 1 or 2 in January and they'll need to fit in straight away. Going to be an interesting 2nd half. Hope Spurs give you a spanking so that we can laugh again though.
