I want him to stay. Give a bloke £15 mill and he buys a crocked striker...................wonder what he give us for zamora (injured price and fit player price)

Well that was certainly a cracking game - rather fickle crowd with their support as the score went back & forth - cheers to jeers to blowing bubbles, then back to jeers. On the balance of play though, likely a draw was a fair result, so the verdict is likely still out on Sam's future - their game at Fulham on Jan 1st will be crucial, and Fulham appear on the up right now.

I noted this observation on BBC Live Reporting:-

    WEST BROM'S CURSE
I don't want to alarm Sam Allardyce too much, but West Brom have a little bit of history when it comes to Premier League managers. In recent seasons, Mick McCarthy, Chris Hughton, Andre Villas-Boas, Roberto Di Matteo and Paolo Di Canio all played their last Premier League match against the Baggies before being shown the door at their respective clubs. Six and out for Big Sam?

You're right, that would complete the set of six:-

    15 West Brom 19 -5 18
    16 Cardiff 18 -15 17
    17 Crystal Palace 18 -15 16
    18 Fulham 18 -16 16
    19 West Ham 19 -10 15
    20 Sunderland 18 -17 13

I think Sam will stay at the Hammers (time of writing this is 20:25) so things could have changed as I hit post reply. As much as the west ham have changed the way they play, and they have no strikers they do have others Nolan for example that can score. their defence hasn't been the same since they got rid of Ferdinand.......Anton that is, but I think they will struggle but just about stay up. What they need to do is bid for Zamora and AJ and keep their fingers crossed. Sides that I think will go down are Cardiff, Palarse and the last one between Fulham and Norwich. Hull will probably stay up this season......

I hate West Ham so in one respect I would love for me to stay and take them down. On the other hand, the sooner managers like Big Sam and their antiquated approach to tactics and strategy are removed from the top flight (and English football, in general) the better.

If Sam goes will Harry jump ship and rejoin the Hammers?

Doesn't seem beyond the realms of possibility.
