Now that is bollocks from the 'Bollock'. The fact is, they are good away from home because of the way they can break, and score, on the counter. They won't win, not because it's there second game away on the trot, but because we'll score more than they do.
Well there's a surprise. We are down for a 2-0 loss. To be expected I think given the season so far. I hope the boys put a shift in and score a couple. "Rene Meulensteen got his first win as Fulham boss at the second attempt when they beat Aston Villa last weekend but, if Everton play anything like they can, then it is asking a lot for the Cottagers to get anything at Goodison Park."
Don't think anyone has us to win this game but this might be our chance to crack the nut away to Everton. They have a solid team this year. Good defensively, legacy of Moyes and started getting better going forward, impact of Martinez...
Nobody expected us to win away to Stoke or West Brom in each of the last two seasons, and start the big revival. Hopefully January has come early and we do it against the Toffees.
Even at our best we couldn't win at Goodison. My only hope is that the boys play with some dignity out there.
Doomed to fail by Lawro, Dave and the troops. This is how we like it! As an aside, Lawro's been a bit disappointing for me this season. He hasn't said much that comes off as remarkably stupid, as he usually does.
I have every confidence of the return of LWB's normal disservice to Fulham and incomprehensible logic quite soon. Remember he's had his head turned by the recent form of RedScouse. COYW!!!!
I'm predicting a thrilling 2-2 draw...or we'll get stuffed 1-6. Should be an entertaining game either way!
I really think anything can happen. If we play like we have done, we can make things work in our favour. If City turn up expecting to win, we'll have an advantage. And if we get stuffed, it's not the end of the world.
The Bollock obviously read this Board and realised that it was the knackers yard next step if he kept giving us the wind up. And this week funks it totally by saying 'not much ' at all about us or Berbatov even!
Lawro's prediction for a draw, which I'd bank, but an away win would be good. He seems top have noticed Rene's impact and downplays the 2 matches where we conceded 4 goals... "Fulham picked up a very good win at Carrow Road last time out and they have played well in the five games since Rene Meulensteen took charge, despite twice conceding four goals. There is something different about the Cottagers now compared to when Martin Jol was in charge and they have an edge to them that was lacking earlier in the season. They should give Hull a good game, although the Tigers are probably still wondering how they did not get anything out of their match with Manchester United on Boxing Day. Steve Bruce's signings like goalkeeper Allan McGregor, and Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore from Tottenham, have been very good and they are looking up the table, not down it, at the end of the year. Lawro's prediction: 1-1" Danny John-Jules (Death in Paradise) predicts: 1-2. Good on him!
So do I Madness. Hull could be tired after the Utd match and have a few key players missing. We're 3/1 for the win - a massive price!
That's ok, we only had half a team out today. Anyhow, you just concentrate on to trying to beat mid-table Watford in the Championship. Leave us to get on with salvaging our long-term Premiership membership.
