Getting a point from such a dire performance must give the players more heart. If they could add ability we'd be a canny team.
Would anyone on here have turned down 4 points from 2 away games in 3 days? No, me neither ...........
Even the cockney 'Butch' went as far as I have ever heard a 'pundit' to comment how bad he was..'Dozy could not have scored the goal Fletcher did'..."When Fletcher came on in the second half he kept hold of the ball, that did not happen n the first half'
Yes but fletcher had someone to help him!!!! The supply to altidore has been shocking, I see we have another shape goat tho , great stuff....
We got the draw. What do you want. Onwards and upwards. A very good result. Well done lads!!!!!!!!!!!!
I presume you mean scapegoat, Dozy is not a scapegoat, he is Heskey without the skill and desire to play football! Probably not as bad as Graham or one D. Murphy but close
We have to accept that Poyet has to use the players he has at his disposal. Let's all live with it and accept that he's doing a great job with what's been left to him by Bruce and MON. I don't care who plays for us, how we play or who he brings in, let's survive and allow Poyet to do the job no one else could.
Exactly Smug, it's a marathon not a sprint. That's exactly half the season gone, 14 points and look at the teams we have to play at home. Keep the faith
I've just checked the BBC stats for this game, and after listening to the radio and seeing all the comments, I was shocked to see that we had more possession, more shots on goal and more shots on target than Cardiff. The only stat that Cardiff beat us on was the number of fouls!
WOAHHHHHHH.... So you think Poyet is the greatest manager on Earth, or the greatest manager in your price range? I think he's a good manager, and Paolo aptly highlighted that any old idiot who simply berates people isn't going to be a long-term success, but because Gus' slightly better at massaging the egos in your dressing room doesn't exactly make him Alan Pardew now does it
How can anyone mention the word 'luck' tonight, what was lucky about that result? We scored two good goals, never lost faith and had a manager who made the right substitutions ................ where's the luck in that? When we went for Cardiff their arses went. The atmosphere at the game was weird from the start and the early goal threw us completely. The second goal could've finished us but we kept going and did the club proud. Luck? **** off.
That was 75 minutes of utter garbage from us, we looked like a team that were satisfied by relegation. Altidore should hand his wages back the ****ing useless Cnut.
