So if Tf and beard offered us the chance to vote on this option which would you choose RIGHT NOW?

Sack Redknapp and appoint Mackay today

Keep Redknapp and aim for the Prem

    This should be interseting...
Remember, It has to be dont today and we cant wait until the end of the season to appoint a new manager.

Personally, I'd keep faith with Redknapp at least until the end of the season. i know some others wont. We still have a decent play off chance, but appointing mackay would most prob mean another season in NPC and a change of perssonell.

Long term Mackay would be the better option but you dont have that luxury...over to you!

I would have posted a Poll but dont know how to...!! Mods?

As much as I'm a little concerned about things at the moment, I believe it can be turned around IF certain things are changed.

Changing Manager now would be madness imo.

If I was offered top 3 in August I'd have bit your hand off. 2 or 3 purchases in January and we'll have a good 2nd half of the season, change now and a new manager may want wholesale changes and we've been there before.

As the poll is governed by the use of the word 'If' this is in effect a free vote in a hypothetical parallel universe which can't happen. On that basis, I've voted for the 'sack H and replace with M' option.

Also I'm (again) out of step with most people in that I have never liked Malky.

I'm not particularly a fan of McKay, but would like to see the back of Redknapp. Unfortunately we are stuck with him at least until the end of the season.

Even I would not sack Redknapp now (though if we lose the next three on the trot - highly unlikely - very few managers survive 5 losses in a row), we're still near the top, he has to deliver the plan and I will enjoy, in a gritted teeth kind of way, his attempts to divert the blame if he fails. Already started with his 'we're not as good as people think we are' comments. Hope he goes in the summer though.

McKay is a championship manager, would not want him.

We cant sack him, we can only hope he gets a job offer elsewhere.
I want him gone but its the replacement that matters. It was no good getting rid of Hughes only to replace him with Redknapp, Both managers I never wanted from the start.

Mackay would be better than Redknapp but Id still like someone else.

Mackay has the virtue of making his players believe they can run through brick walls - I doubt that he has the tactical nouse for football at the top levels. Having had him and Dyche as manager at Watford I would rate Dychey higher. I would say hang onto Harry, at least for this season.

Redknapp has zero tactical ability and had this squad sleepwalking through games all season. They couldnt even run through a wet paper bag.

Personally, I'd like someone who'd bleed the blue & white. Venables as Director of Football with Ainsworth as his understudy coach and given 2-3 years to put a structure for our future in place...

Why not?..Im fully with hary but some others have been very critical of him in the past few weeks, so in reality, malkay is the only person we could possibly get.
Just want to get the general opinion

Malky is top league now....such a big mistake by Cardiff....He will walk into Westspam...they are a big club...with their big Olympic stadium...or as it is known in the business (millstone round their necks)

Big Sam loses today (as all westspam fans hope...)....then he is sacked and they move and get Malky
