Just shows how any footballer whether a star like Messi or a donkey is omly one injury away from the end of their career. Today Wayne would probably have played again after hi cruciate ligament injury, but in those days it was a career ender.

Crikey, I remember him signing for you, the price tag and what was ahead of him. So sad. RIP Wayne.
