But surely "poor" is a subjective opinion? Ok, the games haven't often been what would generally be considered thrillers, we haven't scored as many goals as we did in our two promotion seasons and some of the games have been pretty dire, but it's nonsense to say all games have been like that, and even some of the low scoring matches have been intriguing. I don't get to as many games as I'd like to these days, but thus far I have seen us beat Southampton, been thoroughly entertained in the win at Watford, seen us go toe-to-toe with and be the better team for spells against the mega-millions of Arsenal at the Emirates and Chelsea at home, I've seen us absolutely batter Cardiff whilst somehow failing to score, turn over West Ham with an excellent second half performance and I've seen us be the better side against media-darlings Swansea. The only dreadful performance I've seen live where I'd say we were poor throughout is the away game at Spurs where we were lucky to only lose 2-0. And as for your last question, is it really hard to figure out? Getting to see top, top class players in the flesh and watching the boys in yellow and green pitting their wits against, and even often outplaying them - such as the Arsenal and Chelsea games where we could another day come away with at least a point. Last season we beat Arsenal, United and Man City with all their mega-millions superstars - did that not excite you? It's the not knowing what is going to happen that is a big attraction of going to football games for me, that's why I poo-pooed you "watching a movie" comparison because it means nothing to me at all. Maybe we just want different things from the support we give, nothing wrong with that and I'm not saying either one of us is necessarily wrong and the other right because again, it's all subjective. Personally though I have to say I know which kind of fan I'd rather be, and it's not too dissimilar from the one I have been all my life
I'm sure it wasn't lost on folk, just saying the posters went missing in action. I agree Norwich were not very good, having watched several away games this season there was more commitment against WBA and it was great to see an away victory, that's all the folk who travelled away seemed to care about.
