Cooking me ham and staying up thread

    2 hours and in fairness not drinking but had a skinful already,how would you ham it up

    ps don't want to offend anyone that doesn't eat ham but I hope I cut the mustard.

    Doing mine in the morning Mick.
    Putting on the ham and the turkey about 10, then going for the Christmas swim on Lissadell beach (I'll be holding the towels!)
    Hopefully when we get back they won't be fossilised. Looking forward to it.

    ..... , actually did mine yesterday .. coated with my own concoction of olive oil, greek honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and a dash of lime juice before roasting - intermittent basting (calm down now <laugh>) - tried and tested - fookin lovely ...

    Cooked now and hit the bed but sober now,nice part of the world was out in Strandhill last summer did surfing bit but stayed in Rosses Point cos was there as a kid and had brilliant holiday.I like Sligo,lovely county.BTW not a surfer but when in Rome and after that met her family in Achill and went out brought her niece out surfing,fantastic love the sea so was brill.

    ps excuse my bad grammer,couldn't be arsed at this hour
