OT - Organ branding, your views sought

    Just heard on the news the story about the suspension of a surgeon in Birmingham for branding his initials on the liver of a patient he was operating on.

    Unfortunately I was laughing so much that I missed whether it was damaging to the patient, but did hear that it was discovered during another 'routine' operation, so presumably not. And who knows, a liver signed by the artist may be worth something one day.

    So the critical question is, does finding something like this hysterically funny make me totally beyond redemption?

    If you're beyond redemption then you'll probably find you're in plentiful and good company.

    Would it work on laser eye treatment do you think? :D

    I knew a welsh bloke who had his organ branded, it said ludo in the showers but his wife said it was Llandudno in bed!...<laugh>
